Welcome to the Vinoy Club Spa and Health Club. Begin or conclude your day with a relaxing massage. Our licensed massage staff will pamper your body with the finest lotions and essential oils. We will soothe your muscles using various Swedish and certified techniques while concentrating on areas of concern.
Rejuvenate yourself in our spa area which features a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and a variety of complimentary amenities. All you need to bring is yourself and a sense of relaxation. For those aerobics enthusiasts, you're in luck! We feature a full daily schedule of classes, including step, aqua yoga, abs, stretch, spinning and much more. Aerobic schedules are located at the health club desk.
Put your body to the test and reach your fitness limits utilizing our revolutionary nautilus equipment, full line of free weights and cardiovascular facilities. If you are unclear of how to operate the equipment, or simply would like a guide on your fitness quest, let our personal trainers assist you in reaching your ultimate goals by signing up for a complimentary orientation with a Certified Personal Trainer. Continue to progress quickly by working with your Trainer at your member discounted session fee.
We are here to service you! Our warm staff invites you to enjoy any or all of our services. We are open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm, Monday through Saturday, and 6am to 8pm on Sundays.
