1. Only Yacht Club Members and Main Resort guests as Temporary Members are entitled to the rental and use of boat slips at the Yacht Club's dock facilities (the "Dock Facilities").
2. No one will be permitted to (i) live aboard any boat or other watercraft (a "Vessel"), or (ii) sleep overnight on the Vessel on more than seven (7) occasions during any thirty (30) day period, while the Vessel is docked at the Dock Facilities or anchored in that portion of the harbor under the control of the Club where the Dock Facilities are located (the "Yacht Basin"). For purposes of this provision, to "live aboard" shall mean to occupy any Vessel berthed at the Dock Facility on more than seven (7) consecutive days during hours when the Dock Facility is closed. The Dock Facilities shall be closed daily from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and except as provided above, during such periods neither Lessee or Lessee's family or guests may be on or at the Dock Facilities or on any Vessel berthed at the Dock Facilities without prior written permission from the Board of Governors or the Club management.
3. Refueling of Vessels is not permitted at the Dock Facilities or in the Yacht Basin.
4. No commercial sales of any kind shall be permitted at the Dock Facilities or the Yacht Basin by parties other than the Board of Governors, Club Management, or its agents.
5. No swimming or fishing is permitted from the Dock Facilities or in the Yacht Basin.
6. Dumping of trash, debris, waste or fish parts at the Dock Facilities or in the Yacht Basin in strictly prohibited.
